Holly joined the Grace staff in July 2011 as the Director of Worship Arts Ministries.
Her gift is singing, and music serves both as a vocation and an avocation. She’s been involved in church music from her high school years, singing in the choir and soloing at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church in Albuquerque, NM.
Holly received a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Eastern New Mexico University in 1978 and a Master of Arts degree in Vocal Pedagogy from Texas Woman’s University in Denton, TX in 2008, serving in local churches as a musician. While living in the Dallas area she also taught private voice lessons at several high schools and at TWU. She also enjoyed singing with the Dallas Symphony Chorus and the Fort Worth Opera Chorus.
She loves working with her Worship Arts volunteers here at Grace, both musicians and non-musicians. Besides leading the music ensembles of the church, she helps coordinate various aspects of worship, i.e. Communion servers, A/V/LS techs, Altar Guild, and liturgists.
Holly lives in High Rolls/Mountain Park with her husband, Steve, their two cats, Mojo and Rusty and their silver Lab, Thor.
